Pricing FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start a 14-day free trial of the Growth or Enterprise plan without entering any payment details. You will only be asked to add a payment method if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does payment processing work?
GrubVoice integrates with Stripe for both your subscription payments and your customers' order payments. You connect your own Stripe account for customer payments, so funds go directly to your bank account. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to customer transactions.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not added a payment method, your account will automatically move to the free Starter plan. No charges will be applied. You can upgrade again at any time.
