Terms of Service

Welcome to GrubVoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrubVoice platform, including our website, web application, kiosk interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

GrubVoice is operated by GrubVoice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account credentials with third parties. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is associated with a single food vendor operation (a "tenant"). You may invite team members to your tenant, but you remain responsible for their actions while using the Services under your account.

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) transmit unsolicited communications or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; or (f) use the Services to process payments for illegal goods or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity.

GrubVoice offers subscription plans with different feature sets. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

The Services also facilitate customer order payments on your behalf through your own Stripe account. GrubVoice does not handle, hold, or process your customers' payment funds. Stripe's own terms apply to those transactions.

Refunds for subscription fees are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and features, are owned by GrubVoice and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for the duration of your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Services, including your menu items, product images, and business data. You grant us a license to process and display that content as necessary to operate the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for verifying all data and reports generated by the Services.

Voice AI features are provided as a convenience and may not always produce accurate transcriptions or responses. You should not rely solely on automated outputs for critical business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrubVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
